Permissions
Use /seperm to choose who can use a feature. Most servers can manage access here without needing another permissions plugin.
/sefeatures does a different job: it turns features off, rather than changing who can use them.
Feature permissions
/seperm
/seperm reloadClick a feature to switch it between Everyone and Op Only. Changes apply straight away and are saved in settings/feature-permissions.yml.
A player can use a feature if it's set to Everyone, they're an op, they have its permission node, or they have scriptedessentials.admin. A feature turned off in /sefeatures stays off for everyone, ops included.
Op Only isn't a ban on everyone else. Giving someone the node still lets them in.
Defaults
Everything starts as Op Only apart from kit.list, kit.gui and spawn, which start as Everyone.
Opening the kit menu doesn't mean every kit is available. Each kit can have its own permission and cooldown.
nick.random and nick.skin sit under nick. Opening either one to Everyone also opens nick, so players can reach it.

Each bypass only covers its own system. The recording chat bypass doesn't get someone past a chat mute, for example.
Admin-only commands
These check scriptedessentials.admin directly, so /seperm can't open them up:
/ban, /cb, /dimension, /disablemsg, /seperm, /sefeatures, /nicklist, /railspeed, /togglejoinmessages, /togglequitmessages, /joinmsgradius, /leavemsgradius, and in Premium /coords, /lock, /limit, /modcheck, /recordingborder, /villagereditor, /vcbroadcast and /vcjoin.
/se reload and /inventoryrollback forcesave need it too.
Don't hand out scriptedessentials.admin just so someone can use one of these. It gives them everything else as well.
Kits and warps
/kit setperm <name> <op|everyone|custom>
