Fake tab players

Adds extra names to the tab list for a recording. These aren't players joining the server, and they don't create NPCs in the world.

/npc tab count <number>   # 0-100
/npc tab clear
/npc tab list

The count is saved, so it's back after a restart.

These aren't NPCs. Nothing in the world, just extra names in tab. They don't show anywhere else and can't be interacted with.

Permission

The feature is called fakeplayer in /seperm, with the node scriptedessentials.npc.fake. The /npc command itself also requires scriptedessentials.admin, so granting the fake-player node alone doesn't give someone access to /npc tab. See Permissions.
